West Marine hosting free Florida events

West Marine will host a free event for boaters from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 24 at its stores in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Fla.

The event will feature seminars and expert advice from local marine businesses and marinas.

The boating partners highlighted at the Clearwater store include Gause Built Boats, Quality Boats, Marine Doctors, Quality T-Tops, Pitman Yacht Services, O'Neils Marina, Maximo Marine America, Marino's Marina, Flagship Sailing, Tow Boat U.S., Clearwater Yacht Club, Tank a Lot and Top Notch Detailing.

The St. Petersburg store will feature B & B Marine Electronics, Scuba Clean, Dependable Marine Services, Left Coast Enterprises, Tow Boat U.S., Endeavour Green Boats, O'Neils Marina, Treasure Island Yacht Club, Sea Scouts and Maximo Marine America.
