A bill in the Florida legislature would set guidelines to be used by property appraisers in determining how to assess "working waterfront property," according to an analysis of the measure.

Some local marine companies in Manatee, Fla., are looking for a boost for their businesses with House Bill 7127 and its senate counterparts.
