New York-based tech startup Molo said it was selected to serve as the technology platform for IGY Marinas’ North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place in New York.
Molo said its platform provides simple-to-use, cloud-based iPad and Web tools for marina management that will enhance the customer experience and maximize efficiency.
The technology Molo developed provides an easy-to-use web portal allowing customers to pay for and confirm slip agreements. Customers also will be able to pay by credit card dockside with digital signatures on an iPad.
Molo also generates custom email receipts, which are optimized for viewing on a computer, tablet or smartphone, the company said.
For the marina team at IGY’s North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place in Manhattan, the Molo platform will provide increased communication and efficiency through task tracking and Web-based management reports. Molo said customer service also will be enhanced because the system continuously provides operational insights through generated reports.
