3M film now available to marine industry

Vantage Resource Group Inc. received rights to distribute 3M Scotchgard Protection Film to the marine industry.

The film is a premium-grade, UV-stable, clear-coat urethane that is applied to high-impact surfaces of fiberglass boats, trailers and pontoons to reduce scratches, damage from road debris, bumper wear and dock rash.

"We're proud to be working with 3M to look beyond the automotive industry and bring this great product to new customers," said Ross Solwold, president of Vantage Resource Group, in a statement. "This product is well-tested, respected and will be beneficial to the marine industry."
