ABYC offers advanced electrical course

The American Boat and Yacht Council is offering a four-day course in marine electrical certification July 13-16 at the College of the Albemarle in Manteo, N.C.

The ABYC course is geared toward experienced technicians with at least three to five years experience working with marine electricity who are familiar with ABYC electrical standards. Boatbuilders, marine surveyors, Coast Guard personnel, technicians, marina personnel, and dealers who qualify are encouraged to take the course.
