AMI offers demo on marina programs

The Association of Marina Industries will offer a Web demo outlining its customer loyalty program designed to help marinas increase revenue and customer retention.

This 30-minute Web demo called "AMI Benchmarking: Using Customer Feedback to Drive Your Business," will explain how to use marina customer feedback to identify new revenue growth opportunities, drive team effectiveness and efficiencies and improve profit.

Several case studies will be reviewed covering the two AMI programs offered through Survey Advantage: Business Health Check for $500 and CustomerPulse for $39 a month

The Web demonstration will be held at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. EST June 4.
