Annapolis publisher buys Bahamas guide

Waterway Guide Publications, the Annapolis, Md.-based publisher of Dozier’s Waterway Guides and Waterway Guide magazine, has acquired The Bahamas Cruising Guide by Mathew Wilson.

The Bahamas Cruising Guide, previously published by Nomad Publications of White River Junction, Vt., is a leading guide to the Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos. The guide provides navigational information, shoreside attractions and yellow pages for all services for cruisers.

“By adding The Bahamas Cruising Guide to our list of titles, we are able to further strengthen our top position in the market with the most complete coverage of any publisher,” said Jack Dozier, publisher of Waterway Guide Publications, in a statement.

The Bahamas Guide will join Waterway Guide’s annually updated editions of the Northern, Chesapeake Bay, Atlantic ICW, Southern and Great Lakes guides.
