Awlgrip founder forms national rep firm

David Halcomb, the recently retired founder of Awlgrip, said Wednesday that he formed a national rep firm to handle marina, boatyard and fuel dock sales of DieselFusion and PetrolFusion.

"Along with our consultancy I have been looking for another technological breakthrough from the aviation industry, like Awlgrip was 40 years ago. The folks at Nanofusion and their products are that breakthrough," Halcomb said in a statement.

Halcomb is the president of CD Consultants, which was launched in January to focus on clients in the yacht, general aviation and Class A motor home markets in North America. The business offers consulting for exterior coatings for new build and refit projects and manufacturer’s representative services for business/product development.

"I will be at IBEX with Keith Lange, the chemist who solved the ethanol problem and put nanotechnology to work, saving pleasure boat owners real dollars on their fuel costs. I am thrilled to be with another technology leader,” Halcomb added.

Nanofusion International will be at booth 606 at the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference Sept. 17-19 in Louisville, Ky. On display will be the diesel and gasoline additive products DieselFusion and PetrolFusion.

Information about Nanofusion is available by contacting Halcomb at (262) 914-7002 or davidshalcomb@gmail.com.
