Bennett Marine mourns loss of Blake James Bennett

Blake James Bennett, of Florida-based trim tab manufacturer Bennett Marine, died on April 13. He was 65.

He is survived by his wife of more than 42 years, Jane Wilson Bennett.

Bennett Marine introduced its first adjustable trim tab more than 50 years ago and has since produced more than 1 million trim tabs.

The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010.
