Besenzoni Expands App Usage

Italian manufacturer Besenzoni SpA have expanded the functionality of its app to control its line of hydraulic-powered, external and retractable gangways and retractable bathing and boarding ladders via Bluetooth.

The phone app can be downloaded on up to eight devices, and is not meant to replace remote or hard-wired controls, but to expand usage that can be used while on board.

Founded in 1967 and based in Bergamo, Italy, the company also builds helm seats, table bases, cranes and tender launching systems as well as a line of custom windows, sunroofs, balconies and custom garage doors for beach clubs and tender areas.

The app has other functions too: it also connects users to the company’s worldwide service network, according to Besenzoni.
