Boating law group hands out President’s Award

The National Association of State Boating Law Administrators awarded Carol Evans, Ph.D., from the Center for Asymmetric Warfare, the President's Award at its 50th annual meeting held in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Evans was chosen for her partnership and commitment to NASBLA to help close the homeland security and emergency response gap within the maritime sector.

The CAW is a federal government organization that supports U.S. military forces and local, state, and federal organizations in identifying and countering the effects of asymmetric warfare.
