BoatU.S. holding $25,000 sweepstakes

The Boat Owners Association of the United States is giving away $25,000 to one boater who signs up for membership before Nov. 30.

Visitors can click here to register for a membership and earn an entry in the sweepstakes for the grand prize as well as weekly prizes given away until the end of the month.

Chances of winning can increase by playing the online DockIt boating game.

Online membership is $19 a year, a discount off the regular $25. Benefits include 24-hour towing dispatch service, $50 on-the-water and on-the-road boat trailer and tow vehicle assistance, exclusive fuel, transient slip and repair discounts at more than 900 BoatU.S. cooperating marinas, a subscription to BoatU.S. magazine, and automatic enrollment in the West Marine rewards program.
