Brownell Trailers sold to Massachusetts company

Brownell Trailers was recently sold to John Medeiros, owner of Integrated Machine, and relocated to Integrated Machines' location in Fairhaven, Mass.

Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

"Integrated machine has produced many of the precision components used on Brownell Trailers' products for several years, and we have an intimate understanding of Brownell's manufacturing processes and its tradition of customer service," Medeiros said in a statement.

"We stand poised to further enhance Brownell Trailers' excellent product line with improved production efficiencies, technologically advanced manufacturing processes and even more responsive customer service," he added.
