Brunswick Employees Earn STEP Ahead Awards

Brunswick Corp. yesterday announced that three of its leaders were selected to receive the Women in Manufacturing STEP Ahead Award. The program recognizes women who demonstrate excellence and leadership in manufacturing careers.

The women being recognized are Brenna Preisser, Brunswick executive vice president and president, business acceleration, and chief strategy officer; Nicole McDonald, director of manufacturing for Lund Boats; and Wendy Scholler, ergonomics specialist with Mercury Marine.

“As the world’s largest marine manufacturer, we are committed to empowering the next generation of diverse leaders,” Brunswick CEO Dave Foulkes said in a statement. “Brenna, Nicole and Wendy are wonderful ambassadors of our organization, and I am inspired by their accomplishments. I look forward to supporting their continued growth, as well as career opportunities in manufacturing for women around the world.”
