The Massachusetts Marine Trades Association is holding its 15th annual Business of Boating Conference on Jan. 23 at the Lakeview Pavilion in Foxboro, Mass.

The conference features an educational lineup of sessions on the following topics: employment law; leadership at all levels; regulatory and government relations; sales and marketing strategies; workforce solutions; Massachusetts paid Family and Medical Leave Act; Train the Trainer; and planning and marketing for what’s next within the industry, according to an MMTA statement.

MMTA will also host two networking events on Jan. 22, the night prior to the conference. The events include a welcome reception at the Renaissance Hotel and a social event at Splitsville luxury lanes. Both locations are onsite at Patriot Place.
