Centek Industries adds U.K. sales rep

Centek Industries announced the appointment of AJS Technical Services, of Northants, as the company’s technical sales representative for the United Kingdom.

Centek said AJS managing director Andy Sims has more than 15 years of marine industry technical sales, marketing and customer support experience.

”It’s great to have Andy Sims on board for Centek in the U.K., where he is well known and widely recognized for his practical engineering and manufacturing expertise,” Centek vice president of sales and marketing Bill Arwood said in a statement.

Information about Centek systems will be available at Stand D036 at the Southampton show, which continues through Sunday.

Georgia-based Centek celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2012. The company said it has designed, engineered and built more than 15,000 custom marine exhaust systems for yachts, workboats, military and law enforcement vessels worldwide.
