Mack Boring announced new executive management positions.

Steve McGovern was named president, after serving as co-president, while Ned McGoven, also a former co-president, is now chairman of the board.

Steve McGovern has been with the company for 34 years, while Ned McGovern has been with Mack Boring for 40 years.

Patrick McGovern, formerly the marine division sales manager, was named chief operating officer. Scott DuBrow assumes marine sales management responsibilities.

Mack Boring, a distributor of marine and industrial diesel engines, diesel generators and related products, is based in Union, N.J.
