Changing Places

Anthony C. Piraino was named national sales manager for Torqeedo, a leading manufacturer of electric outboards.

Based in Crystal Lake, Ill., Piraino will be responsible for gaining more business as well as expanding current business. He will also manage Torqeedo's rep groups and participate in consumer and trade shows as well as dealer meetings.

Piraino previously was the national account sales manager for Wolfcraft, Inc.

Chuck Baier was named the new sales and marketing manager for Dozier's Waterway Guide.

He will be responsible for continuing to refine and promote the Waterway Guide brand, which includes six cruising guides geared toward cruising boaters. Baier has almost 40 years of experience in the marine industry with marine management, yacht brokering, sales and service and is an occasional contributor to Soundings magazine.
