Bill Woomer joined Sea Fox Boat Company and Mariah Boat Company as regional sales representative for the Northeast.

Based in Moncks Corner, S.C., Sea Fox Boat Company and Mariah Boat Company manufacture a saltwater series and runabout line.

Cook Composites and Polymers named Jason Baranowski account manager for the composites division.

Baranowski was most recently employed by Thermafiber of Wabash, Ind., where he was responsible for generating new business while providing account management for their current insulation and fireproofing customer base. Prior to that, Baranowski was a national account manager for Group Dekko of Garrett, Ind.

In his new role with CCP, Baranowski will be responsible for territory development and management for customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia and a portion of Indiana.

His duties will include: providing service for current composites customers, creating new business based on CCP product introduction and integration into new and emerging markets, while overseeing the daily account management for customers within his territory.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., CCP has manufacturing facilities throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Rhodes Communications, an international public relations and marketing communications company based in Norfolk, Va., named Charmaine Berina a public relations writer and account assistant.

In her new position, Berina will assume responsibility for various writing projects including press releases, articles, newsletters, Web content and case studies for the company's clients worldwide. She will also work with the Rhodes account teams to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.

Berina joins Rhodes from a fleet software developer company. She has 11 years experience in public relations, marketing, corporate communications, and graphic design.

Graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Wesleyan College, Berina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism.

Xantrex Technology, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, announced the appointment of Bruce Ramsay to senior sales manager/marine markets.

Ramsay, who has been with the company for more than five years, now assumes full responsibility for both North American OEM sales account management and new business development initiatives for Xantrex's aftermarket segment.

"Bruce continues to manage our strategically important marine OEM business and has played a pivotal role in consolidating Xantrex's OEM business and expanding our market share over the past few years," Xantrex director of sales David Norman said in a statement. "His vast experience in the marine market is a key factor in this new dual role; we anticipate continued success through his contributions in this regard."
