Curtis Stokes and Associates, a Fort Lauderdale-based yacht brokerage firm, added Sean Noel as a new associate to its sales team.

Noel joins Curtis Stokes and Associates as a licensed and bonded salesman with management and captain expertise in yachts in the 50- to 100-foot range.

Noel began his career in the industry cruising Southern California, Mexico and Southeast Alaska. He holds a 200-ton Coast Guard Masters license and has held numerous positions from first mate to first officer to captain of yachts ranging from 58 to 147 feet. Most recently he served as captain aboard the 87-foot M/Y AnnaSophia, a Warren Yacht design.

In addition to his yacht management and captain experience, Sean brings extensive sales and commissioning experience to his new position. His tenure at Warren Yachts included the positions of fleet captain, service director and customer relations manager.

In previous capacities he managed and executed warranty, documentation, shipping, receiving and delivery of yachts to owners and crew.

Jay Wadzinski, formerly with Bombardier Recreational Products, recently joined in the expansion of Lonski and Associates LLC.

His primary focus will be working on retained and contingency searches for industry clients in the power sports, RV, power equipment, outdoor, marine and recreation industries and related categories.

Wadzinski's professional experience includes recruiting senior executives, sales management, sales staff and marketing, and overseeing operations, engineering, production, design and manufacturing.

"From manufacturing to distribution, Jay Wadzinski possesses significant management experience in both North America and internationally," Henry Lonski said in a statement. "Additionally, his 22-plus years in the recreational products industry - including his knowledge of RVs, power equipment and industrial equipment - will not only be a valuable resource, but a significant client asset to Lonski and Associates."

Indialantic, Fla.-based Lonski & Associates provides recruiting, staffing and consulting solutions with operating experience in the United States, Asia, Canada and Europe.

Tigress Outriggers, a leading manufacturer of saltwater sportfishing equipment, appointed Jonathan Maggio as the company's new sales manager.

Maggio joins Tigress from Lee's Tackle, where he was national sales manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fishing tackle and marine industry.
