Arthur Brooks was named business office manager at Boston area dealer Russo Marine, replacing Maribeth Pochini, who is retiring.

Brooks has extensive experience in the marine industry. In the 1980s, his family owned a boat dealership, and from 1995 to 1999 he worked in sales and finance at Marine USA. He then went to Deutsche Financial Services and managed dealer business throughout New England and New York until 2003, when the company was acquired by E-Trade. He stayed with E-Trade until 2006.

Brooks was most recently employed by Charles River Insurance Brokerage.

Pochini had worked for Russo Marine for nearly 10 years.
