Derry Yourman joined Thetford Corp. as a senior product manager and will be responsible for managing Thetford sanitation products' brands and lineup.

Yourman has an extensive background in product management. His experience includes both the development of new product lines, from concept to launch, and the continuous improvements to existing product lines.

He joins Thetford after more than 12 years at Brass Craft Manufacturing, a Masco Company. Initially a marketing coordinator, he served as product manager there for the last decade.

Prior to that, he worked at Nordhaus Research in Southfield, Mich.

Yourman holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.

Power & Motoryacht magazine named Kevin Koenig its associate editor.

Koenig grew up in a boating family on the New Jersey shore and has a sizeable amount of on-the-water experience. Prior to taking his new post, he wrote for Esquire and Men's Fitness.

In addition to covering new launches and writing features, Koenig will become an integral part of PMY's boat-testing program.

Lewmar appointed Jonathan Marriott its aftermarket sales manager.

Marriott will head up the company's distributor sales team to provide clear channel management and direction.

He spent more than 10 years working in sales management and product marketing in Dublin, Ireland for an IT company. He joins Lewmar from his position as sales and marketing manager for a specialist retail outlet in Hampshire, U.K.

Originally from Wales, he holds a degree in psychology from the University of Wales.
