Morse Industries announced several staff additions and promotions.

Tracy Tughan was named purchasing manager. Tughan was previously the director of private label operations for a nationwide hosiery manufacturer where she drove improvements in supply chain and operations management. She will be responsible for the purchasing function including logistics, vendor relations, and product development.


Jeremy Nolan was promoted to inside sales manager at Morse Industries. He started with Morse Industries four years ago as an inside sales specialist.

Jonathan Henning was named inside sales specialist. He was previously with T-Scan LLC managing client accounts.


Morse Industries provides aluminum, stainless-steel, plastic and custom parts and extrusions for the marine, architectural and fixture industries as well as other industrial manufacturers.

Nautique manufacturer Correct Craft named industry veteran Rick Richert its international sales manager.

"I am very excited to have Rick join the Nautique team. Rick is a very high-energy individual who brings several years of international sales experience to our team. Rick is a quality guy and will have an immediate positive impact," said Nautique president/CEO Bill Yeargin.

Rec Boat Holdings announced the appointment of Jeff Brunson to vice president of North American sales and marketing for Four Winns.

Brunson comes to Four Winns with extensive experience from the power-sports and marine products industries. He spent 15 years at Bombardier Recreational Products where he managed sales teams and sales administration functions, and more recently served as vice president of sales and marketing at Cruisers Yachts.

"I am very excited to have Jeff join the team at Rec Boat Holdings to help us grow our business," group president Roch Lambert said in a statement. "Four Winns has enjoyed a leadership position in the marine industry for years and Jeff will lead many strategic initiatives to ensure that position for the future."

Four Winns is preparing the launch its 2011 model-year lineup through a series of regional dealer meetings being conducted this fall.

The Recreational Boat Group is a division of Platinum Equity affiliate PBH Marine Group. The group includes the Four Winns, Glastron and Wellcraft brands.
