Philip Osborne was promoted to vice president of operations at Naples Boat Mart, a boat dealership in Naples, Fla.

Osborne previously served as general sales manager. He has been employed at Naples Boat Mart since 2002. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in entrepreneurship in 2006.

Naples Boat Mart has won national awards for sales and customer service accomplishments. The dealership was named Grady-White's largest dealer worldwide in 2009 and Hurricane Deck Boats' second-largest dealer for 2010 - both with a 100 percent customer satisfaction index, as measured by independent third parties.

Naples Boat Mart has been family owned and operated since 1989.
