Changing Places

John T. Peterson was named president of Hunter Marine Corp., Rick Cerami, COO of Luhrs Marine Group, announced in a letter to Hunter dealers.

"John needs no introduction to most of you, for he has worked tirelessly over his 17 years in the sales and marketing area of Hunter Marine," Cerami said. "He has molded our dealer network into one of the best in the industry and has been instrumental in raising the Hunter brand to new heights."

In addition to his work at Hunter, Peterson has been a participant in SailAmerica, serving on both the board and being elected president.

Peterson graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee and holds an MBA with a marketing certification from the University of Wisconsin.

Glennon "Glenn" J. Boresi is the newly appointed general manager of MarChem CFI, the company announced.

Boresi brings 25 years of experience to the position, with a background in sales, operations and administration in diverse markets, including technical services, manufacturing and construction.

He joins MarChem after nine years with Egyptian Concrete Company. He began his stint there as business development manager, eventually purchasing the company and serving as president/CEO.

MarChem CFI manufactures several proprietary coated and laminated products serving the marine, awning, tent, outdoor furniture and safety application industries.
