Veronika Martin joined Marvair Marine as sales and support coordinator in the U.K. office.


Her duties include administering the service and warranty functions, and providing sales support for the European Union and the Middle East. She spent the previous three years working in the warranty department of a marine air-conditioning manufacturer.

"As our marine sales continue to grow, we need to have knowledgeable people to support our growth," said Trevor Goldsmith, managing director of the U.K. office, in a statement. "Veronika brings a wealth of energy and experience to this new position. She has the reputation for being able to resolve problems quickly and fairly."

Marvair, a division of Airxcel, is an ISO 9001 2008 certified company and a diversified manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning products for marine applications, telecommunication enclosures, school classrooms and commercial modular structures.

National Liquidators appointed Chad Buchanan as West Coast recovery manager.

Buchanan, a qualified manager with the State of California, is overseeing the company's repossession agency.

"We are delighted to have Chad as a part of our management team," said Matthew Amata, president of National Liquidators, in a statement. "He adds valuable experience to our staff and he will help us to be even more responsive to the needs of our clients."

National Liquidators is celebrating its 10-year anniversary in California. Since 2000, National's West Coast office has handled more than 2,000 vessels for lenders, government agencies, insurance companies, dealers and manufacturers, and retail brokerage boats.
