Hellier Yacht Sales, of New London, Conn., added locations in Stamford, Westbrook and Norwalk, Conn., along with new staff members.
Rick Allen joins Hellier as a new and used broker for the Stamford and Norwalk locations. He relocated to Stamford six years ago to establish a sailboat dealership after managing a successful boat dealership in Annapolis, Md.
Ted Boynton will be selling new and used boats in Westbrook and New London. Boynton is experienced in sales and marketing, having worked in the leisure skiing industry for 15 years. In 1996, he started Sound BoatWorks in Westbrook, marketing one-design sailboats, daysailers (Laser, Sunfish, Hunter) and traditional powerboats (Mako, Pioneer, Bristol Skiff).
Jacqui Brindley was the office manager for one of the oldest boat dealerships in Annapolis before arriving in Stamford. She will provide bookkeeping and administrative services.

Jeff Hudson was named project manager at JRL Ventures/Marine Concepts.
Hudson comes to the company with years of experience in engineering, project management and customer service. He has been engineering manager at Yamaha Motor Corp., doing business as Century Boat Co.; owner/president of Hudco Marine Inc.; and vice president of engineering and director of customer service at OMC Boat Group, doing business as Stratos/Javelin Boats.
Hudson has a bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
