Caravelle Powerboats announced that Bill and Brady Balek, of BTR Marketing, were named Western regional sales managers and will be representing the company in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico and parts of Colorado.

The Baleks also will assist dealer development in Western Canada, along with the factory staff at Caravelle.

"We are excited to have Bill and Brady on board with us at Caravelle," said Eugene Sak, president of Caravelle manufacturer Sak Marine, in a statement. "As respected industry veterans, who are knowledgeable of the territory and the industry as a whole, we are looking forward to a long, successful relationship."

Bill Balek has been in the marine industry for 19 years, working in retail sales, houseboat rentals and sales and representative positions with companies such as Forest River Marine, Bennington Marine, Playcraft and Nordic.

Brady Balek has been in the industry for 13 years. He began his career in a local dealership and later became a manufacturer's representative in the West.


Yamaha sponsors Jacksonville show
