Seawide Distribution, a national wholesale distributor of marine and consumer electronics, appointed Trevor MacLachlan as its Northwest regional site manager for the company’s distribution center in Seattle.

MacLachlan brings more than 10 years of marine industry experience to the position. He most recently was director of business development at Tippr in Seattle.

As site manager of the Seattle distribution warehouse, he will be responsible for all operations; including the oversight of receipt, storage and distribution of products. MacLachlan also will manage the Seawide sales staff in the Northwest region.

“We are excited to have Trevor heading our Northwest region,” Seawide Distribution president Mike Yarbro said in a statement. “Trevor’s extensive experience and knowledge of technical sales of marine electronics will be a valuable asset to Seawide, especially in our Northwest region.”
