Scout Boats named Robbie Massengill its director of engineering and quality assurance.

Massengill will coordinate and direct all aspects of engineering activities by leading a team of engineers, CAD technicians, compliance specialists and BOM specialists through the processes of new model development and current model production for Scout.

He also will produce, coordinate and direct quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that quality standards are met during production.

Massengill was previously the owner/broker of his own real estate development company, as well as a marina manager in North Carolina.

“We have a tremendous team of talented, skilled employees at every level within our organization and our appointment of Robbie to this position is no exception,” Scout Boats CEO and founder Steve
Potts said in a statement.

AIM announces new hires

Catapult Creative Labs, the internal marketing communications agency of Active Interest Media, has hired Andrea Kupfer as vice president, account executive and Christina Erb LoVullo as creative services director. Kupfer will lead Catapult’s long-term sales growth and profitability and Erb LoVullo will oversee marketing and creative services.
