Changing Places

Navico, parent company to the Lowrance, Simrad Yachting and B&G brands, recently appointed Jeremiah Clark as its new OEM regional sales manager.

An experienced three-year product expert in the Lowrance Product Management Group, Clark replaces Ely Bates, who accepted the position of regional sales manager for national retail earlier in the year.

In his new role Clark will drive sales and support efforts for the OEM channel.

“Jeremiah is a perfect fit for the OEM sales position and we congratulate him on his exciting new role,” Navico Americas COO Louis Chemi said in a statement. “He is well-respected among his colleagues for his work ethic and extensive technical and product knowledge. I am fully confident in Jeremiah’s ability to provide exceptional customer service for our valued OEM customers.”

Joining Navico in 2009, Clark has been instrumental in creating technical-support documents and providing training and support for Lowrance products to cross-functional teams — including sales, customer service and technical support — globally. Prior to joining Navico he developed extensive marine industry experience in retail positions with West Marine and Boater’s World.

He will focus on building and maintaining relationships with boatbuilders, distributors and retailers to increase sales and brand recognition of the Jensen Marine audio and video line.

Churchill has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management in the marine market. Most recently, he was East zone manager at Marine Audio Engineering and Sales in Missouri, where his responsibilities included the management of field sales staff along with training and business development.
