Marvair Marine announced that John Barnette was named marine product manager for North America.

He will be responsible for managing the company’s extensive product line of marine reverse-cycle air conditioners, chillers, air handlers, 12/24 VDC product lines and controls. Barnette’s responsibilities include product management, application, customer service and sales support.

Barnette spent the last 17 years at Dometic Corp., where his positions included manager of applications and service, applications engineer and engineering field support.

Marvair, a division of Airxcel Inc., is a diversified manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning products for telecommunication enclosures, school classrooms, commercial modular structures and marine applications.
