Deep Impact Boats, a Miami-based builder of custom high-performance center consoles, has brought Charles (Kim) Bradley on board as its director of sales and marketing.

Bradley, who joined the company last week, has a long history in the marine industry of working for companies such as Bertram Yachts, Black Fin, Boston Whaler and SeaCraft. At one point in his career he started his own company, North Coast Yacht, which built high-end sportfishing boats from 24 to 31 feet.

Bradley’s new position at Deep Impact is his first exposure to the high-performance powerboat world.

Progressive Dynamics named Roger Eby as its new territory sales manager.

Eby has an associate’s degree from Northwestern Business College in Lima, Ohio, and has previously worked for Midwest Fasteners, Damon Motor Coach and Four Winds.

Michigan-based Progressive Dynamics is a privately owned corporation that provides products for the RV, specialty, marine and medical industries.
