SeaWide Distribution hires Alex Ray as Northwest regional site manager and Ryan Hart as regional sales manager; Innovative Lighting of Roland, Iowa, restructures its sales department.

SeaWide Distribution, a Murrieta, Calif.,-based national wholesale distributor of marine and consumer electronics, hired Alex Ray as the Northwest regional site manager and Ryan Hart as regional sales manager.

Ray’s marine sales background includes retail management positions at Boater’s World as well as administration of that company’s inflatable boat sales program in the Northwest. Ray will be based at SeaWide’s Seattle distribution center.

Hart’s experience comprises a range of sales and account management jobs, including his most recent employment with Diversified Marine Products in San Diego. Hart will cover the Southwest territory and will operate from SeaWide’s Costa Mesa, Calif., location.

"The new appointments are a direct result of our recent expansion to the East Coast and will support our development as a leading national distributor,” said Mike Yarbro, president of SeaWide Distribution, in a statement.

Innovative Lighting of Roland, Iowa, has restructured its sales department.

In the position of marine and aftermarket sales manager, Mike Presley is responsible for company growth through OEM and retail account initiatives and coordinating local sales reps. Anita Matchie will assist marine and aftermarket customers and serve as an inside sales contact. Brian Flynn is the new national sales manager responsible for growing sales of Channelbrite Permanent Home LED lights and Eco Brite Home Products. Brianne Osborne will remain as graphic designer and will eventually take on the position of marketing coordinator.

Roger Handsaker will continue as national sales director, focusing on U.S. trailer and RV OEM business initiatives and rep groups for eastern states. Donna Stone is the new inside sales and customer service contact for trailer and RV customers. Jim Jones has joined the team as western regional sales manager in charge of trailer/RV accounts and reps for states west of the Mississippi River.
