Power & Motoryacht magazine promoted long-time editor in chief Richard Thiel to publisher.

Thiel, who will also continue as editor in chief, has more than 25 years of experience in the marine industry and has been editor of the magazine since 1989.

Thiel replaces Jim Foos, who has been promoted to publisher of a number of Source Interlink Media’s automotive titles.

Stacy Shireman was named lead finance manager for DealerLinx, a leader in Web-based finance and insurance operating systems for dealers in the marine, RV, power sport and conversion trailer industries.

Stacy and her team are now working with close to 200 dealers around the United States to process and place loans.

Founded in 2002 as Recreational Finance LLC, DealerLinx is a leading finance and insurance technology, product and service provider located in Nixa, Mo. The company is currently is expanding into 48 states and has approximately $2 million in annual gross revenue.

Mastervolt named Michele J. Goldsmith director of North American sales.

A marine industry veteran of more than 18 years, Goldsmith was previously senior sales manager for Paneltronics and director of sales and marketing for Charles Industries.

She also serves on the National Marine Manufacturers Association board of directors.

Amsterdam, Netherlands-based Mastervolt International is a leading supplier of electrical power products and systems solutions for the marine industry.

Dozier’s Waterway Guide hired Robert Neidhardt as regional sales representative.

Neidhardt, an avid boater who has spent many years cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, brings with him an expert knowledge of the marine industry and a vast sales background. He will be concentrating on accounts along Florida’s eastern coast.

Dozier’s Waterway Guide has been a resource for cruising boaters for more than 60 years.
