Chinese yacht builder conducts IPO

Yacht manufacturer Sunbird Yacht Co. Ltd. received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission through an initial public offering of 22 million shares listed on the ChiNext board in Shenzhen in September.

Sunbird Yachts, which opened in 1993, has more than 900 employees and is a leader in the local market, the company said.
