Boston Whaler will furlough 250 employees at its Edgewater, Fla. plant, through the end of July, according to a notice filed with the state’s Agency for Workforce Innovation.

Brunswick, of which Boston Whaler is a part, plans to suspend production at most of its U.S.-based fiberglass manufacturing plants during July, the company said. These actions are part of managing a cyclical marine business, according to company spokesman Dan Kubera.

Incorrect information was posted Monday on the Agency for Workforce Innovation’s Web site.
