Coast Guard Auxiliary opens Nasdaq trading

The Coast Guard Auxiliary rang the opening bell this morning at the Nasdaq to mark the start of National Safe Boating Week.

Prior to the bell, Auxiliary members were set to demonstrate the “Ready Set Inflate” program to raise awareness of the importance of wearing a life jacket.

First Southern District Commodore Hal Marschall rang the bell to open Friday’s trading.
