Cruisers and Rampage using Boats.com lead system

Boats.com announced that Cruisers Yachts and Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts are using the company’s new BoatWizard Lead Manager program.

The Web-based application, a customer relationship management system designed for the marine industry, allows users to track leads, monitor lead response time, create a customer database, and stay in contact with existing customers through personalized mass e-mails. Other features include lead aggregation, lead alerts and lead reports.

Cruisers Yachts and Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts made the decision to adopt BoatWizard Lead Manager for two reasons,” said Michael Dahl, director of sales for Boats.com and YachtWorld.com, in a statement. “First, to provide their dealers with a powerful Web-based application to better manage their leads, and second, to gain visibility over the leads that Cruisers and Rampage generate for their dealers.”

Boats.com is a division of Norfolk, Va.-based Dominion Enterprises, the parent company of Soundings Trade Only.
