Peer-to-peer rental and charter company Cruzin is now a sponsor of the International Marina & Boatyard Conference, which will be held Jan. 29-31 in Fort Lauderdale.

"Marina owners continue to see the benefit of working with Cruzin to enhance slipholder services," Cruzin CEO Jaclyn Baumgarten said in a statement. "We offer a safe and simple way for a marina's customers to help offset costs by renting their vessels to qualified boating enthusiasts. In many cases, just a few days of rentals can cover a month's slip expenses, making boating more affordable. It also brings more people into boating as potential future marina customers. IMBC is a great vehicle to deliver this message.”

Produced by the Association of Marina Industries, the annual event offers educational sessions and serves as a showcase for new products and methods. It also informs attendees about industry standards.

The event caters to marina and boatyard owners, operators and managers, as well as dockmasters, harbormasters, marine consultants and those who build and repair boats.
