Distributor adds sales rep

CWR Wholesale Distribution named Jim Higgins as the company’s New Jersey outside sales representative.

Higgins will be responsible for handling pre-existing accounts and for bringing on new accounts throughout the state of New Jersey.

Higgins joins the CWR Team from working in insurance sales the past few years, but has marine industry roots as he was part of Consumers Marine, West Marine and E&B Marine in the past.

“I grew up on and around boats, so I am very happy to be back in the Marine Industry after 12 years,” said Higgins in a statement.

Higgins was born and raised in Point Pleasant, N.J. He graduated from Point Pleasant Boro High School before attending Stockton College. He received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award from the Point Boro Rotary Club.
