CWR Electronics reported that two sales promotions offered last month were a “huge success.”

The Bayville, N.J.-based marine electronics distributor partnered with UPS to offer free ground freight for the first three weeks of November, providing dealers relief from rising shipping costs and helping jump-start sales for the holiday season, according to the distributor.

In combination with the free freight offer, CWR also ran a “Super Sales Event” for the month, with savings of up to 20 percent on products from Garmin, Lowrance, Eagle, Raymarine, Ocean LED, Mustang Survival, and Icom.
