The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announced that Brunswick Dealer Advantage signed on as a strategic partner for its Dealer Week. The new event takes place Dec. 8-11 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Fla.
“Brunswick Dealer Advantage has been a longtime supporter of the MRAA, and we are happy to partner with Matt and the MRAA team again in support of Dealer Week,” said Kirsten Schuchardt, Brunswick Dealer Advantage’s director of sales and dealer services, in a statement. “The primary goal of Brunswick Dealer Advantage is to provide opportunities for our dealers to grow and to be successful in this industry. Dealer Week will give dealers more resources and tools to do just that.”
The dealer association recently announced that the Cobalt 20 Group, a dealer group, had given its full endorsement to Dealer Week. The Cobalt Group is composed of 20 non-competing dealers.
“Our colleagues represented in the Cobalt 20 Group appreciate all the great work that the MRAA does on behalf of its dealers,” the group said in a joint statement, “and we are fully confident that Dealer Week will be a huge success.”
MRAA held a strategy session in December to help determine the format of Dealer Week. The session comprised different segments of the industry, including dealers, boatbuilders, equipment manufacturers, marine trade associations and floorplan finance providers. It was held at the Tampa Convention Center.
