This month’s Pulse Report survey asks dealers if they’re using signing bonuses, certification training or other benefits to recruit and retain employees.

The survey also examines retail trends, product shortages and overall inventory levels.

Launched by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas and Baird Research, the survey monitors monthly retail conditions. It includes the Marine Retail Sentiment Index, which tracks retailer confidence.

Soundings Trade Only partners with Baird to disseminate the survey and report the results.
