Derema Group, a national marine manufacturers’ representative firm, released Derema Help, its new mobile application, as a free download on the App iOS store and the Google Play Android store.
Designed for dealers, stores, and distributor salespeople, the Derema Help app provides instant access to key data from top brands in the marine industry, including online and offline access to catalogs, websites, training/demo videos and key contact information.
The app is meant to serve as a two-way information conduit from the field to Derema’s vendors on product development ideas and real-time new product launches.
The goal of Derema Help is to provide instant, essential information that dealers, distributor salespeople and retail store associates require daily to support customers.
“As Internet access continues to shift toward increased mobile and tablet use, we wanted our customers to be able to find information whenever they need it and be able to take it with them, wherever they may need it,” Derema Group vice president Joe Carney said in a statement.
“As our vendors develop more content, we identify, create and organize the most important aspects of that information. We then make it easy to find and available offline.”
