Designer honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

Yacht designer Gianni Zuccon received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Boat International Design and Innovation Awards, held Jan. 28 in Kitzbühel, Austria.

Zuccon’s first contribution to yachting dates to 1978, when he designed the Technema 65 for Posillipo.

Six years earlier he had founded the Zuccon International Project with his wife, architect Paola Galeazzi. The studio has designed more than 430 yachts.
