This year’s national media buy for Discover Boating has exceeded expectations, driving 60 percent more traffic to manufacturer websites than last year, according to the campaign.
The media buy is still underway and will run through September, according to the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
A complete overview with 2015 Discover Boating results will be available at the end of September.
Below is a quick recap of the Discover Boating campaign to date:
▪ The Stories of Discovery short films, featuring real boaters talking about moments while on the water, have been featured across 10,000 websites, with nearly a 90 percent increase in views from last year’s results.
▪ DiscoverBoating.com/ca sites have also seen an increase of 17 percent in comparison to last year’s results.
▪ Website traffic from Discover Boating to manufacturer websites is up nearly 60 percent from this time last year.
