Dive N Dog plans restructuring

Dive N Dog is launching a multiyear reorganization plan that the company says will allow it to significantly drop prices for its marine accessories.

The plan will involve transferring production between manufacturing plants, opening new facilities in the United States and Central America in the near future, and the use of automated manufacturing.

In addition to better pricing on its products, Dive N Dog says restructuring and additional warehouse space will lead to more efficient delivery channels as well as less back orders and out of stock items.

"We are constantly looking for ways to streamline our operations and improve pricing across the board," company president Scott Rowles said in a statement. "As we find ways to save money we look to pass those savings on to our customers."

Headquartered in Naples, Fla., Dive N Dog manufactures stainless-steel marine accessories including ladders, steering wheels, rod holders, grab rails, cleats, anchor rollers and more.
