Economist returns to speak at IMBC

Tony Villamil, the former U.S. undersecretary of commerce for economic affairs, will once again speak at the International Marina & Boatyard Conference, which is set for Jan. 27-29 in Tampa, Fla.

His seminar will cover the economic conditions of the United States and the global economy. He also will review the impact of current and future economic conditions on the marine industry.

This session is a follow-up to Villami's popular IMBC 2009 session where he discussed economic indicators important to the health of the industry and offered his take on how to prepare for a recovery.
