Engaged integrated the Google Plus social media platform into its Social Media Management Dashboard.
Engaged offers dealers a dashboard to streamline all of the platforms in one place, eliminating the need to check sites and remember passwords. Messages can be scheduled ahead of time so the appropriate spacing is there, and dealers are automatically alerted to feedback from any of the venues.
YouTube and Instagram also were recently added to the list of sites streamlined on the dashboard.
Engaged CEO Josh Chiles said a Facebook Tab Creator is 99 percent complete and nearly ready to add to the dashboard, and phase two of reporting is just around the corner.
